These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at tactis.ai (the “Site”), operated by Lobi Software Studio, LLC (“Tactis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site versus the product

These Terms cover the public Tactis website only. Use of the Tactis application and services is governed by a separate master services agreement (and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement) between Lobi Software Studio, LLC and the customer organization. If those agreements conflict with these Terms for product use, the signed agreement controls.

Not legal or compliance advice

The Site, including our Resources articles, playbooks, statistics, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, clinical, or compliance advice, and it does not create any advisory or professional relationship. Regulations change and vary by jurisdiction and circumstance; you should consult qualified counsel or the applicable regulatory authority before acting on anything you read here.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Acceptable use

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Tactis name and brand, are owned by Lobi Software Studio, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content, and you may quote brief portions with attribution, but you may not otherwise copy or use it without our permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and sources for your convenience. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lobi Software Studio, LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
