Is this priced per facility or per organization?
Facilities are priced per building. Operators run on one agreement with a portfolio rate that drops per building as you scale. Consultants get a wholesale per-facility rate that improves with your book.
What’s included in onboarding?
We load your state regulations, policies, and forms for you, a $7,500 value, waived for founding facilities and handled white-glove for operators and consulting partners.
Can consultants resell Tactis to their clients?
Yes. Use it however fits your practice, whether you serve more facilities directly or resell it as a value-add. You set what you charge your own clients.
How is our data handled?
Each facility works from its own isolated knowledge base, every action is captured in an audit log, and accounts use two-factor authentication. Your documents are handled in your cloud.
Which states are supported?
The CMS State Operations Manual, Critical Element Pathways, and MDS/RAI content are built in. Your state regulations are loaded during onboarding, and Georgia is ready now.
